The grapes come from the estate’s vineyards planted near the Black Sea, which provides a refreshing influence and helps to preserve the aromas and the freshness of this white wine. Manual harvesting only.
Aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting
This Chardonnay is a dry, fresh, floral and fruity white wine, produced according to traditional methods. Light golden color with fine amber nuances. With an excellent aromatic balance, this wine offers a rich bouquet, dominated by flowers and delicious exotic fruits.
The taste is complex, captivating, refreshing, very pleasant, with a well-balanced acidity, expressing notes of vanilla and almonds. Full and round, with a harmonious fat and a superb length in the mouth.
Perfect with fish dishes, shellfish, salads, chicken, fresh cheese and grilled vegetables.
Serve at 10-12°C.
